New Options in Agent’s Report

We will soon be offering the following picklist items for the question “Did you meet with the Proposed Insured in person during the sales and application process?” on the Agent’s Report.

This will provide some additional clarity around why an agent may not have seen the client in person and will reduce the need for underwriters to inquire about this once the application is with them for review.

The new options that can be selected will include:

1. Application completed via videoconferencing^¹
2. Client seen within 30 days prior to application date
3. Agent is a relative of the client
4. Other (Free Form Text)

Pennsylvania Agent’s Report Change

The PA Agent’s Report now includes the 1476 – Disclosure Statement Receipt. The agent’s report will replace the 1476 – Disclosure Statement Receipt that is required to be completed in the state of PA.

This will provide a better experience to agents completing business in PA as they will no longer need to complete this additional receipt in PA.
