Updated Field Underwriting Guide!

The latest edition of the NLG Field Underwriting Guide can be accessed on the Agent Portal by clicking the Underwriting Guidance icon.

Key updates that you’ll notice are:

• Links to forms where they are referenced – Forms referenced in the Field Underwriting Guide are just a click away. Clicking on any of the forms (listed in orange) will open that form in a new browser window.

• Removal of Questionnaire Forms – The ability for e-app to ask reflexive questions during the application process has reduced the need for many of these questionnaires. In the event your Underwriter requests one to be completed, there will be a link to that form on the requirement in the Agent Portal. Additionally, you can search for the form using the Global Search at the top of the Agent Portal and select Search Forms from the drop-down menu.
