Tax Forms Now Available Online
Access your 1099 and/or W2-S forms now on the Commission Payment Portal!
If you receive commission payments directly from National Life Group, 1099 and W2-S tax forms are now available online. These forms can be found on the Commission Payment Portal and accessed by navigating to Documents > Agent Documents. For more information on how to access your 1099 tax forms, please reference this document.
Forms were mailed on January 27th. However, due to the pandemic, mail turnaround times are slower than usual, so if you have not yet received them, we ask that you use the Portal to access them 24/7 at your convenience. It will save you time instead of waiting on hold with the call center.
