Submitting a death claim has never been easier, here's what you need to know.
Did you know we have Jet Settlement for death claims?
An accelerated claims review process that is email-based applying to death claims up to a total of $100,000 per life! This does not require original documents and applies to all life and annuity policies issued by NL or LSW.
– How it works –
Death Claim form and Death Certificate are not required if all of following occur:
- Applies to all life and annuity policies issued by NL or LSW
- Applies to death claims up to $500,000 per life
Additionally, if needed we will accept copies of the following documents:
- Claimant Statement
- Funeral Home Assignments
- Certificate of Trust/Wills
- Divorce decree
- Power of Attorney (POA) appointment
