eDelivery Enhancement Reduces Customer Confusion

When eDelivery was launched, the email notifications were sent from a DocuSign email address. We heard your feedback – and realize this can be confusing to your client – so we are excited to launch this new enhancement to the process!
Beginning on Monday, August 3rd, eDelivery email notifications to both you and your clients will now come from National Life Group, with a link to DocuSign, instead of an email directly from DocuSign. The rest of the process, including how the signature is obtained in the eDelivery process, will remain the same.
