If You’re Not Using eDelivery, You’re Missing Out!
Two new features that further improve eDelivery.
Not only does this contactless option save you time and help process your business quicker, but we just released two new features that further improve eDelivery.
In 2020, we launched eDelivery to allow you and your agency to seamlessly conduct business remotely. And even if you’re not conducting business remotely, we still recommend using eDelivery, as it will save you time and help you process business quicker.
Since the initial launch, National Life been continuously working to bring new features and enhancements to eDelivery, with the goal of making the process even easier for you. On January 29th, we released these two new features to eDelivery, based directly on your feedback:
- Policies with a juvenile insured are now supported by eDelivery.
- Once your Client accepts the eDelivered policy, they will automatically receive an email encouraging them to register online and download the mobile app.
Still not convinced? Here are 4 more reasons to consider eDelivery:
- Take advantage of the new Policy Promise. It’s more than just a document – it’s an opportunity to add something tangible to your process, giving you a reason to reach out to your Client and ask for referrals.
- Find everything you need on the Agent Portal eDelivery Dashboard. This gives you visibility into where a policy is in the eDelivery process, which can help you push policies through faster by understanding outstanding tasks for both yourself and your customer.
- Now offering eDelivery for policies with a different Insured and Owner. This reduces the situation where you may have one policy eDelivered to a client, while the other is paper.
- Don’t let snail mail hold up your policies. As the postal service continues to operate in a pandemic, mail deliveries to National Life Group may experience delays. Using eDelivery skips mailing all together, putting the control at your fingertips.
