National Life is committed to identifying ways in which we can enhance the eApp experience for you. Beginning May 9, you can expect to see the following eApp enhancements:
- 9685 Transfer/Exchange/Rollover and 2804 Annuity Internal Exchange/Transfer Request: Now available for eSignature when applicable to both life and annuity eApps. Please note: Not all carriers are accepting eSignature so there may still be a need for an ink signature.
- ID Verification Requirements: This is now visible on the “Confirm Identity” screen.
