What you need to know.

eDelivery

The preferred policy delivery method for all Life and Annuity policies issued by National Life is eDelivery with DocuSign. eDelivery ensures you and your customers are receiving the fastest and most straightforward delivery experience, with the ability to:

  • Easily review the policy package through Docusign
  • View policy delivery statuses through the Case Tracker on the Agent Portal & App
  • Receive timely updates as your client completes their eDelivery steps through SMS notifications in your Notification Preferences

eDelivery provides you visibility into where a policy is in the delivery process, which can help you by understanding outstanding tasks for both yourself and your customer.

Policy Promise

  • Order a Policy Promise: A one page keepsake for your customer providing key details of their policy with the tangible feel of a policy.

 

 

Don’t forget! You can always access your customer’s policy package and Policy Promise at any time from the Documents Tab once their policy is Inforce

A timely completion of the eDelivery policy by you and your customer is important. Completion ensures necessary forms for the policy and benefits for your customer are received. Effective March 1, 2024, eDelivery policies not completed within 45 days will be automatically printed and mailed. This is a change from the previous 30-day timeframe.
