Qualification Criteria: | Prizes will be awarded to the Top 10 agents with the most new or existing customers to self-register on either our Client Website (via nationallife.com) or the Mobile App (Apple & Android). |
Three grand prize winner prizes valued at approx. $800.00 each, three runners up prizes valued at approx. $400, and 4 finalists prizes valued at approx. $130 each will be awarded in October 2019.
Customers must register on their own behalf with their own email address and phone number. Agent may not register for them. If customer has challenges registering they may call National Life at 1-800-732-8939 for assistance.
Registrations must be completed between August 12th 2019 and September 30th 2019, based on creation date in National Life’s systems. Any customers that register outside of these dates will not be counted towards the contest.
Additional weight is not given to customers with multiple policies. One online account is one entry in contest.
Registrations are not limited to new customers and can be applied to an existing inforce block if said block has not already registered.
Contest is limited to agencies and agents that opt-in. Prize is non-transferrable.
There is no cash alternative or substitution in lieu of prize award. Awards are taxable according to IRS rules and a 1099 will be issued to the extent applicable.
