Reminder: Annuity Disconnected eApp Sunsetting on June 26, 2021
Continue to use the connected eApp to help your business move from “submission” to “commission” as quickly as possible!
As you continue to transition to more in-person meetings with your clients, we wanted to share that National Life Group will be moving away from the annuity disconnected eApp service. The disconnected eApp service was primarily for situations where internet was not readily accessible to connect and complete an eApp. The disconnected service allowed for you to complete the eApp without being connected to the internet and once in an area that had internet service, you would then connect and submit the eApp to NLG. Due to low usage, the service will be discontinued effective June 26, 2021. Any pending policies taken via the disconnected service must be submitted prior to June 26th.
The connected eApp process will see no changes and will continue to be your primary tool for completing and submitting any application remotely. By utilizing eApp for all of your annuity business, you are ensuring that you are submitting all required information while utilizing our best tool to ensure the fastest processing times possible.
