Our goal is to make doing business with us as easy and seamless as possible. In our latest release, our Agent Portal and Mobile App have been enhanced to make it easier to conduct business anytime, anywhere.
Agent Portal: New Business Case Bookmark
With this new feature, save any case you want to review later by clicking the “Save for Review” Button
- You can either bookmark a case from the New Business page by expanding the policy listing or by clicking into the policy and saving it at the top of the page.
- Any policy that is bookmarked will be highlighted in green for easy tracking and can be quickly accessed by applying the Bookmark Filer.
Pro Tip: Use the new Submitted Date filter to refine your results even more by finding policies that were submitted within a specified time range
Mobile App: Webinar Training and Transfer Button
Webinar Training: Easily view and register for upcoming webinar trainings right form your phone. Use the List or Calendar View to find available sessions that work within your schedule.
Transfer Button: Now for any of your New Business Policies that include Transfers, tap the “View Transfer Details” button to quickly access a summarized view of all transfer details for that policy
