New Portal Updates Available April 7th
Several improvements have been made to the Agent Portal based on your direct feedback.
Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity
National Life’s Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA) products enjoy a longer guarantee period on the higher initial interest crediting rate – typically five policy years. To improve your experience selling and servicing National Life’s competitive MYGA products, the Current Crediting Rate is now included on the Inforce Policy Values screen alongside the Guaranteed Minimum Rate, which is the minimum renewal rate after the initial guaranteed period matures.
Bonus Recapture Amount
The Bonus Recapture Amount is also now available on the Inforce Policy Values screen for applicable annuity polices. This amount applies to policies that received an Immediate Interest Credit (Bonus), which has a vesting period. Please see your policy for details, including the vesting schedule.
Global Mobile App Search
This new feature in the Mobile App now allows you to locate any new business or inforce policy with just a simple search from the home screen. Either begin to type in their policy number or name, and our intelligent search function will begin to auto-populate results as you type, making it fast and easy to find the information you need.
