Client Intelligence offers you the opportunity to tap into essential insights that enhance client connections, identify sales opportunities, and assess your clients’ service needs.
This feature provides 165 notifications across 8 broad categories, ensuring timely awareness of policy conditions or client activities that may require attention. These notifications cover a range of events, including clients’ online self-service activities, interactions with our contact center, and other conditions such as policy lapses, surrenders, returned payments, and even client birthdays.

Dashboard View
- Top Cards make it easy to see where and how your clients are interacting with National Life – just click a card to see the corresponding events.
- Categories are now color-coded, making them easier to distinguish, and sub-Categories give you more context at a glance.
- Looking for more detail? Just click the “+” button to expand and view descriptions, contact information and more.
Home Screen Widget
We have replaced the Inforce widget with a brand-new Client Intelligence summary, giving you deeper insights into your inforce book of business and how your customers are interacting with their policies.
Take action fast: Click the Commission Impact and Conservation categories for direct access to those policies. All other categories are accessed through the View All link.
Agent App Widget

Tap “Show More” to expand and see all the ways your clients are interacting with National Life. Tap any category to view the events and take action.
