New! Redesigned Transfer and Exchange Report on the Agent Portal

The new design improves visibility and makes it easier for you to manage your pending transfer business

 

How will this new feature help you?

We’ve made it easier to get the information you need to manage your pending transfer business.  Now you can view the report in two ways depending on whether you want to see summary or detail transfer information:

  • Use the Policy view to see all transfer activity rolled-up by policy.  This is especially helpful to identify policies with multiple transfers and to observe where partial funds are received so you can prioritize your efforts to complete outstanding transfers that may be needed to issue the policy
  • Use the Transfer Company view to see the status and details of each outstanding transfer including comments from the case manager
  • Click the policy number in the transfer report to access the Policy details on both your Inforce and New Business

New Summary Cards provide at-a-glance visibility to key transfer conditions including policies nearing the end of the transfer window or policies with multiple transfers.  Simply click the summary card to filter your view to these policies.

We’ve added additional filter options so you can refine your search even further:

  • Transfer Company: see all policies that are being transferred from a particular carrier
  • Pending Transfer Status: view more transparent status information when in a pending state whether the transfer is in suitability, issued, or initiated
  • Policy status: distinguish policies that are New Business vs. Inforce policies
