Recently Closed Report
Need to access a case that has recently closed?
Through the New Business page left side navigation, you can view recently closed cases for up to 90 days.
Click on the policy number to view the details of the case.
If you need to contact your Case Manager, send a message and documents using the ‘Case Communication’ feature, including reopen requests using our new ‘Reopen Request’ bubble.
