Two Actions You Can Take Now
  1. Access Client Intelligence: Navigate to the Agent Portal by visiting Nationallife.com and selecting “log in” in the top right corner. Once logged in to the Portal, select “Client Intelligence” under “Business Tools.”
    • We recommend checking Client Intelligence daily to see what your clients are doing and to get timely information about their policy. Pairs nicely with your morning coffee.
  2. Subscribe to receive a daily or weekly summary by email or text!*
    • To subscribe, click on “Notifications” at the top of the agent portal or on “Manage Notifications” in Client Intelligence.
    • From there, you will be able to select how you want to be notified and for which topics you’d like to be notified. Find step-by-step instructions here.

Using Client Intelligence

There are countless ways for translating the alerts you see in Client Intelligence into opportunities for outreach and new sales. Here are a few suggestions:

Client Intelligence Notification Outreach Opportunity
Client wants to surrender policy Reach out and help to conserve their policy. Reference our Client Engagement eKit for timely outreach information in the wake of COVID-19.
Client has requested loan or withdrawal Another timely alert in our current environment – reach out to client and consult. Find useful information in our Client Engagement eKit.
Client changed address This could indicate new home and, potentially, a need for more coverage.
Client’s term conversion window is ending Talk to your client about converting their term product into permanent protection. Reference our Term Conversion eKit for tips.
