Notable Portal Features You May Have Missed!

See what changes have been made to make doing business with National Life easier. 

Lots of enhancements and updates have been happening behind the scenes that may have slipped past your radar. With you in mind, we have centered our newest features based on your feedback and needs out in the field. Let’s take a look and see what notable changes have been made to the Agent Portal and Mobile App to make doing business with National Life, easier. 

Transfer Report 

The Transfer Report has seen numerous improvements to help increase visibility and provide easy access to the information you need. Some enhancements to note include: 

  • Policy vs. Transfer Company View.
  • View the report by Policy to easily recognize policies with multiple pending transfers or View by Transfer Company to see each individual transfer record line by line with status and comments. 
  • Outstanding Transfers by Carrier Chart.
  • See an interactive visual summary of your pending transfers that can filter your transfers based on carrier name selected. 
  • New Topcard and Advanced Table Filters. 
  • Now be able to filter based on your specific search requirements including policy status, transfer type, time period, and originating transfer company. 
  • Expanded Report Capabilities.
  • View any and all transfer information from the Transfers Table by clicking into the transfer details, or by downloading the report. 

 

Social Media 

Our new social media section not only lets you know what is going on within the company but includes the Social Media Playbook where you can gain access to tips and tricks on how to market yourself and grow your client base through social media. 

 

Mobile App 

Right alongside the updates made in the Agent Portal, we have been implementing these same enhancements to the mobile app so you can be doing more business, on the go. Now be able to view all Correspondence & Commission History by policy, along with the ability to access the transfer report for any policies in progress.
