New Year, New Portal Updates!

With our newest release, the portal and mobile app provide even more transparency and self-service capabilities for your customers

What’s New in the Agent Portal?

Submit a Death Claim: Now be able to service your clients and their families even further by submitting a Death Claim on their behalf right from your Agent Portal. On each policy page in the top right corner there will now be an option to “Initiate a Death Claim.” For any claim that is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the Servicing Agent.

Transfer Report:

The Outstanding Origins Chart will now be viewable at the top of the transfer report to show a visual summary of all your pending transfers by carrier. Click on any carrier name to quickly filter your report to show policies from that carrier.

A Term Conversion Top Card Filter will now be available to easily view and filter for in-process term conversions in the Transfer Report.

Note: Term Conversion line items will display the permanent policies in which funds from existing Term policies will be converted.

Additional Improvements based on your feedback:

  • The download function has been enhanced to include a complete set of transfer details whether accessed from the Policy or Transfer view
  • View Transfer Details is now supported on each policy record
  • You can now view completed transfers as far back as 180 days

What’s New in the Agent App?

Correspondence History: View all client correspondence in addition to their Policy Promise and Full Policy anytime, anywhere in the new Documents Tab.

Commission History: Now see a quick breakdown of your commission history at a policy level including commission and participation rates.

 

Transaction History: Now view additional transaction types including withdrawals, surrenders, benefit payments, charges, and returned payments with increased transparency around reversals.
