New Business Issued Cases Now Link To ‘Inforce Policy View’
Access complete inforce policy details for issued new business cases.
When a policy has been recently issued, the inforce policy view has the most up-to-date information on transactions and customer correspondence. In many cases you may want to toggle back and forth between the New Business and Inforce views. Now, you can!
For all issued cases on your New Business Cases page, the day after your policy is issued you will see a quick link to view Inforce Policy Details.
How to get there
Log in to the Agent Portal and navigate to New Business > All New Business Cases, or click here.
On the ‘All New Business Cases’ page, look for Issued in the ‘Status’ column. When you click on issued cases, you will have the option to ‘View Inforce Policy Details’
