Our new enhancements provide even more policy transparency and simplified access to the tools and resources you need

  • The new Agent Profile Widget allows you to easily view your contracted date, writing numbers and get quick access to your profile for updates and managing preferences

Note: Information shown in the profile widget is based on your role. Some details will not display for all users

  • Additional business tools are now available in the Tools Menu with convenient access to a wide variety of resources in one place

These include:

  • Client Intelligence – review client policy conditions and service interactions with NLG
  • Cobrand Ondemand – order NLG materials that include your company brand
  • Retirement Services – access sales tools and resource for the 403(b) and 457(b) markets
  • Marketing Resources – National Life marketing kits for products and sales strategies
  • Advanced Markets – resources and sales concepts for premium finance and qualified plans


  • Need help understanding a tool? Use the Business Tools Tour at any time to get a quick summary or refresher on how each tool can help you and your business

  • Transaction History now clearly labels additional transaction types such as withdrawals, surrenders, benefit payments, charges, and returned payments
    • Any transaction that is reversed or returned will be distinguished in red and parenthesis
    • Don’t understand a Transaction Type? Use the Transaction Descriptions page to get quick definitions of each transaction type
