To allow for planned maintenance and upgrades to the eApp platform, the system will be unavailable starting on Friday, August 13 at 10 p.m. EST through 12 Noon EST on Saturday, August 14, for a scheduled outage.
- Agents should exit their iGo portal prior to 10pm EST on 8/14 to avoid any complications.
- Agents should not attempt to access the system between August 13 at 10:00 p.m. EST and August 14 12:00 Noon EST.
Applications completed or in progress prior to the outage will not be affected.
