- Agents licensed and appointed with National Life Group.
- Agents with less than two years’ experience in 403(b) / 457(b) sales.
- Agents in good standing with National Life Group.
- Agents interested in learning more about getting into the 403(b) / 457(b) marketplace.
Obtain Official Certified Badge:
- Complete a 403(b)/457(b) Certified Training Class. See the training calendar and registration instructions linked below.
- Submit five (5) flexible Premium Annuity policies that are issued by Life Insurance Company of the Southwest (LSW) and actively flowing.
- Upon National Life’s confirmation that you have satisfied BOTH requirements, the Retirement Business team will contact you with the next steps to get your badge issued.
As the school year begins, don’t forget about our step-by-step guide to help prepare for, and conduct on-site meetings with K-12 school district employees. This includes leading Benefit Fairs, New Hire Orientations, and Faculty/In-service Meetings.
Key points to remember:
- Approval is needed from both National Life’s Retirement Services team and the school/district to market to them.
- All marketing materials must have compliance approval.
- Email marketing to school addresses requires prior approval from both compliance and the school.
