eApp Updates
Annuity e-App enhancements and scheduled outage on October 13
Important updates to your e-App experience.
For all salary reduction policies, you can now select the Employer Name from a dropdown list. Once selected, the Payment Remittance Frequency will automatically be pulled in.
* Please note the payment frequency is the “payroll remittance frequency” and NOT “How Often Paid”
* Salary Reduction Form (SRA) is completed by How Often Paid. If the payment frequency is different from how often policy owner is paid, please adjust calculations.
Example : Client wants to contribute $50 from their payroll, and is paid semi-monthly and employer and/or TPA remits payment monthly.
– Please complete the SRA with the $50 contribution, and once you select the employer name in e-App the monthly frequency will auto select and we will need to enter $100 for premium contribution.
When completing e-App for existing groups.
When completing e-App for new groups
On Sunday October 13, agents will be unable to complete e-Applications for Life Insurance products from approximately 1 a.m. – 8 a.m. EDT. During this time, National Life Group will be performing a system upgrade.
Agents will be experience an error screen after the ‘Part 1 HIPAA Consent’ screen. If you experience the error screen, please log out of e-App and try again after 8 a.m.
