eApp Alert: Disable Autofill Feature in Google Chrome
Follow these steps to turn off the Autofill feature to ensure the eApp is completed correctly.
Recently, we have been made aware of an Autofill feature within the settings of Google Chrome that, if turned on, will cause issues within eApp. If this Autofill feature is enabled, it will automatically populate the signature section of the eApplication with incorrect information for the Agent’s name. This incorrect data will then trigger the need for new paperwork reflecting the Agent’s correct name, delaying the application process.
