Customer 1099 tax forms
Available online by January 27.
1099 tax forms will be made available online for customers by January 27. They will also be mailed to customers.
To expedite the process of filing tax returns, we strongly recommend customers go online to retrieve their tax forms as the forms will be available online prior to receiving in the mail. To retrieve from our website, go to the Documents section of each policy on the Customer Portal or Mobile App and the form can be viewed and downloaded.
