New Guided Experience Makes Annuity Disbursements Easier Than Ever

Customers using the Mobile App will now be able to request loans and withdrawals through this easy guided experience.

New! —  Customers using the Mobile App will now be able to request loans and withdrawals through this easy guided experience.

Through the Mobile App and Portal, customers will have a simplified process that ensures requests are in good order:

  • Customers can request loans and withdrawals and are only presented options that apply to them.
  • If TPA approval is needed, the NLG Disbursements team will connect with the TPA to obtain approval where possible.
  • If choosing a loan can see repayment amounts (monthly and quarterly) and make adjustments to the loan amount, as needed, prior to submission.

 

 

How to start the process in the Mobile App:

To start the process of requesting funds on the Mobile App:

  • Navigate to “My Policies” and select “View Details.”
  • Select the drop-down menu titled “Action,” then select “Request Funds.” The App will then walk you through the steps of requesting your loan or withdrawal.

  • Navigate to “Self-Service” then “Request Funds.” You will then walk through the steps of requesting your loan or withdrawal.
