A New Look for the Individual Bill

The confusing, outdated, black and white bill has received a major facelift!

National Life Group has redesigned the bills for Indexed Universal Life, Survivorship Indexed Universal Life, Universal Life, Variable Universal Life, Survivorship Variable Life, Interest Sensitive Whole Life, Whole and Term. (not including pension plans)

Easy readability and modern flare will leave you and your client speechless!

Features on the redesigned individual bill include:

  • Your client will be able to find your name and phone number easily when they need to contact you with questions. Please let us know if you have changed phone numbers recently.
  • Clients can still make their payment online for their convenience or send in the payment slip with a check.
  • On the back of the payment slip, your client will now be able to tell us their new address when they mail in the slip instead of calling in. NLG has also reminded your client that they can still update their address online.
  • We have made it easy for the client to know when their current payment is due and listing their billing frequency so they know when the next bill will come.
  • A brand-new feature that was added is a date stamp on the bill so that you and your client know exactly when their bill got generated.

Below is an example of the individual bill with a policy that is an Indexed Universal Life product with a servicing agent in active status and an example of a policy that is a Term product with a servicing agent who has been terminated.
