Reminders When Taking Applications

When using eApp/IGO to submit an application please be sure to have only one browser window open to eApp/IGO.

The system provides a pop-up message stating the application is open in another browser at which time the additional browser should be closed.

New York Regulations Reminder:

• A signed matching illustration run on or before the application date that includes all pages of the illustration must be submitted with the application.
• If the application is updated during the review process a revised illustration will be requested as a delivery requirement.  The signed illustration including all pages must be returned.
• Agent Initiated DocuSign is not permitted in NY.  If an illustration needs to be DocuSigned it must be done through Foresight, NLGs Illustration software.
• F1392 Financial Questionnaire must be completed with the owner information and submitted with the application.
