New Payment Alerts for Your Clients
New Business and Inforce draft dates can be tracked through the Agent Portal and Mobile App.
When policies are paid, so are you! National Life is introducing a new email alert to help your clients understand when their initial premium will be drafted, ensuring their policy gets started on the right foot. Starting in early April, your clients will start getting an email from National Life when we schedule their Initial Premium Draft.
You will always have an opportunity to inform the client first, we will only send these alerts after informing you have a policy issue and draft date. Don’t forget – the Agent Portal and Mobile app have all the information you need to track draft dates in New Business and Inforce. You can also see your clients’ activities in Client Intelligence.
Client Intelligence Notifications
Keep an eye on your Client Intelligence dashboard, for updates like…
- Loan and Withdrawal Requests
- Customer activated their GLIR rider
- Customer updated their beneficiary
- Surrender Inquiries
- Payment and EFT Changes including removal and returns
- Client Birthday Notifications (7 days prior)

How to Access Client Intelligence
View the Inforce Client Intelligence widget on the Agent Portal Homepage and click View Client Intelligence to access the full dashboard. Client Intelligence is also available on the Mobile App!
