How Clients Can Access Policy Resources
What clients can find — and what they can do — with the app or portal.
The National Life Customer Portal and mobile app offer a wealth of valuable resources, empowering your clients to seamlessly manage their life insurance and annuity policies without the need for phone calls.
Available documents, statements, and information
Using the customer portal or mobile app, clients can retrieve:
- Policy details, including for all riders
- Transaction history (e.g., premium payments or loan payments)
- Cash accumulation values
- Surrender values
- Loan balance
- Loan eligibility
- Confirmation statements
- Quarterly and annual statements
- 1099 and other tax forms
What clients can do using the app or portal
There are many ways clients can actively manage their policy:
- Begin a death claim or an ABR claim
- Change allocations
- Change beneficiaries
- Change policy owners
- Download service forms
- Make a payment
- Manage auto pay
- Request a loan or a withdrawal
Clients can also learn more about life insurance and annuities, and use more than 30 financial calculators.
