How to Maximize Case Communication Categories
We recently introduced Categories within Case Communication.
In addition to guiding your inquiries, these categories have been added to improve the routing of messages within National Life. Depending on the status of your policy, relevant categories will be displayed. This will make it quick and easy to do business and continue your case processing.

You will then be prompted to type the changes needed and attach a document if necessary. Once sent, the information will be routed to the team best suited to meet your current need.
