New! Annuity Clients Can Now Complete Strategy Allocation Changes Online

There have been numerous enhancements to both the Agent Portal and Customer Portal as well as the Apps this year. Our team is once again excited to announce the release of our latest improvements!

Agent Portal 

  • Participation Rate details on inforce policies

Customer Portal & App

  • Annuity strategy allocation changes
  • Disbursement notification emails to clients

  • Getting started action cards for new agents

Annuity clients can now complete strategy allocation changes online.

This allows increased self-service opportunities and personalization for your clients.

New in the Customer Portal and App, customers can personalize their investment strategy allocations for annuity policies: 

  • All strategies available for a particular policy will be listed so that clients can allocate a customer percentage to any combination of funds based on their specific needs and risk tolerance.
  • Elections can be made for existing premiums, future premiums, or both.
  • Any changes made will be reflected after 1 business day after which any follow-up changes or corrections can be made.

Participation Rate now Viewable on Inforce Policies

Improved visibility to compensation details on inforce policies.

For Individual Producing Agents: 

  • View your personal participation rates on New Business AND Inforce policies.

For Uplines and Office Managers: 

  • View participation rates for all producers within your agency for both New Business AND Inforce policies.

Life Disbursement Notifications for Clients

Providing peace of mind to customers when using their policy funds.

Email notifications will now be sent to clients when they request a disbursement from a life policy:

  • Policy Transfer or Exchange
  • Withdrawal
  • Policy Surrender

Emails will provide confirmation their request has been received, reviewed, or processed creating more transparency to the status of their funds request.

Providing guidance to help newly contracted agents get started quickly with National Life Group.

 

Get started features for New Agents are now available on the Agent Mobile App!

For agents newly contracted with National Life, view tasks and videos that are essential to learning how to do business with National Life Group.

  • Tasks are automatically marked completed as you take action.
  • Your progress is updated on the App and Portal so you don’t have to complete all tasks in a single session or on a single platform.
  • Note some tasks can only be completed on the Agent Portal where you can access your Compensation records or complete training.
