Quarterly Portal Enhancement Recap

This year has already brought many enhancements to both the mobile app and portal. Every month, we like to keep you in the loop by sharing these improvements with you so we can make doing business with us easier through our platforms. With that said, it can be hard to stay up to date with all the work we continuously do to improve your digital experience. To give you a refresher, here is a quick recap of our biggest feature launches to date.

Submit a Death Claim: Now be able to service your clients and their families even further by submitting a Death Claim on their behalf right from your Agent Portal. On each policy page in the top right corner there will now be an option to “Initiate a Death Claim.” For any claim that is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the Servicing Agent.

Transfer, Correspondence, and Commission Information now all available right from your phone

Transfer Report: Now access all your pending transfers on the go.

On the Transfer Report see:

• Status of all transfers in process
• A chart to show all pending transfers by Carrier of Origin

Tap into the policy to see transfer comments and updates under the Status Tab and Product and Transfer Information under the Details Tab.

Correspondence History: View all client correspondence in addition to their Policy Promise and Full Policy anytime, anywhere in the new Documents Tab.

Commission History: Get a quick breakdown of your commission history at a policy level including commission and participation rates.

New Business Case Bookmark: Bookmark a New Business case to easily locate later

• Bookmark a New Business case from the New Business case list page or by clicking into the policy and saving it at the top of the page

• Any policy that is bookmarked will be highlighted in green for easy tracking and can be quickly accessed by applying the Bookmark Filter option

• Click the bookmark button to add or remove the bookmark condition
