eApp Outage for Scheduled Maintenance
Please note: Applications cannot be completed during the outage.
From midnight EST on Friday, June 4th through midnight EST on Sunday, June 6th, a scheduled eApp outage will occur.
This is to allow for planned maintenance and upgrades to the eApp platform. Agents can still enter their NLG portal and applications can be started, however applications cannot be completed during the outage. They will be paused after the completion of the first signing ceremony and will need to be finalized once the planned maintenance has been completed. Applications completed prior to the outage will not be affected.
