As David puts it best, while the coming illustration changes are necessitated by AG49a regulation, the changes themselves are relatively nominal and shouldn’t impact the way you sell. What’s more, the IUL product updates and enhancements coming alongside the regulatory changes only serve to strengthen the benefits of an IUL policy.
