The new school year is here, which also means that many district employee’s raises are starting soon. This is the easiest time for them to increase and for you to take advantage of the enhanced Premium Increase Program (PIP)!
PIP is designed to reward you for helping customers reach their retirement goals through increasing ongoing contributions to their annuity. In these challenging times, increases are the easiest way to continue and grow business.
PIP Enhancements Introduced in March:
- Every annualized increase of $300 + over the High-Water Mark (HMW) in policy years 1 to 15 will receive PIP benefits
- High Water Mark fresh start: All policies without an active PIP will have HWM set to actual premium received in last 12 months
- No minimum time required between increases
- New online submission screen on the agent portal for speedy PIP recognition
- Two consecutive identical increases recognized if online tool is not used
- Full PIP recognition on increases that last less than a year
