Important Notice: eApp Outage
Outage on August 29th to allow for system upgrades.
From 11:30 p.m. EST Friday, August 28 through 11:59 p.m. EST Saturday, August 29 the iGo link will be completely disabled for both life and annuity eApp access.
This is to allow for planned maintenance and upgrades to the iGo platform. Agents can still enter their NLG portal, however iGo will be inaccessible. There will be no impact to in-flight cases during this planned outage.
Please be sure to clear your browser’s cache following the upgrade by following these instructions:
Chrome:
- From the “Menu” button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose “More Tools” > “Clear browsing data…“.
- Press “CTRL” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys in Windows or Linux, or “Command” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys on MacOS.
- Select “Menu” > “Settings” > “Advanced” > “Clear browsing data…“
Internet Explorer:
- Close all Internet Explorer windows.
- Open a new Internet Explorer browser, then click “Tools” > “Internet Options.” (If you don’t see this, press the “Alt” key to show the menu bar.)
- In the “General” tab, under the Browsing History section, click “Delete.”
- In the Delete Browsing History window, check the boxes for “Temporary Internet Files,” “Website Files,” “Cookies” and “Website Data.” If you have saved any sites as Favorites, clear the check box for “Preserve Favorites website data.”
- Click “Delete”.
Microsoft Edge:
- Click on the “Menu” button situated in the upper right corner.
- Click on “Settings”.
- Under “Clear Browsing Data,” click on “Choose What to Clear.”
- Click on “Clear.”
