 Not available in CA and NY. 

•  Dollar-for-dollar payout up to $3 million 

•  Monthly payout of 2% or 4% 

•  No waiting period 

Value Added Services Rider 

Not available in NY. 

Provides support when clients (or people in their circle of care) struggle with health, wellness, or financial challenges. 

• Automatically added to all eligible FlexLife policies at no extra charge 

• Services provided by our partner Homethrive, which is independent from National Life Group.
