FlexLife 2025 clients will soon get emails from Homethrive about the program
Your FlexLife 2025 clients who have not yet signed up for our new Compassionate Care Program may soon start receiving emails from service provider Homethrive, which is independent from National Life Group.
Homethrive emails will provide information about the program and will prompt clients to register. They will only need their FlexLife policy number to sign up.
Eligible clients will get the first email from Homethrive 90 days after their FlexLife 2025 policy was issued. Clients may contact you with questions about the program.
About the Compassionate Care Program
The Compassionate Care Program is one more way National Life Group supports FlexLife 2025 policyholders through life’s changes and challenges. The program is made available at no extra cost through the Value Added Services Rider in most states.

- Live assistance from experienced care guides.
- Services can be used as soon as the policy is issued.
- Not available in NY.
