Navigate a Smooth Ride: NAIC Suitability Update

In every action and every decision, our intention is to do right by the policy owner, agent and company.

In accordance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Suitability in Annuity Transaction Model Reg (Model 275), National Life Group (the “Company”) follows a Suitability review process which includes a Best Interest component.

To help you act in the best interest of the consumer when making a recommendation of an annuity and accurately complete the Consumer Profile Information form, we have updated the Annuity Suitability Navigating a Smooth Ride brochure.
