Calling the Customer Experience Center just got easier—and faster. We’re excited to introduce Voice Biometric Authentication, a new optional technology designed to get agents the help they need with less hassle.

Instead of answering multiple security questions every time you call, your voice becomes your password. Enrollment takes less than a minute and happens by calling:

After a quick identity check, you simply record the passphrase: “National Life is here for good.”  That’s it—you’re enrolled! Please note this service is only available for agents.

On future calls you’ll authenticate by saying the same phrase, skip the manual verification questions, and even move to the front of the line when call volumes are high. Most agents can save 30 seconds to two minutes on every call.

Voice biometric authentication is available in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. This new technology delivers a more secure, seamless, and modern experience—because your time matters, and your voice is uniquely yours.
