Establish Yourself with School Administrators to Access Employees This Fall

Take advantage of summer break with this five-step checklist.

Despite most school employees being away, this is a great time to get ready for hitting the ground running in the new school year 2024/2025.

Here’s your summer break checklist: 

  1. Use the month of June to secure participation in any upcoming school employee’s Benefits Fair.
  2. Start a marketing campaign for your existing customers through the summer months to ensure they know you are able to help with their changing needs.
  3. Prepare a Life Changer of the Year strategy to introduce yourself to School Administrators.
  4. Use the months of July and August to visit the schools where you want to work. School Administrators and their support staff work during the summer months.
  5. Connect with your Retirement Consultant at the NLG Retirement Services team to locate school plans available for you to work.
