Choosing IRA Beneficiaries is Like Choosing from a Box of Chocolates

Join Advanced Sales on Oct 3 and Nov 7 for a 2-part webinar series on final regulations and their impact on IRA beneficiaries.

On July 19, 2024, the Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury Department published Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) Final Regulations. The regulations are effective as of September 17, 2024 and reflect changes made by the SECURE Act and the SECURE 2.0 Act. This means that the new Final Regulations effectively start with RMDs required to be taken in 2025.

For more on this topic –

Join National Life Group’s Advanced Sales Team to hear more about the distribution choices that IRA beneficiaries – both individuals and trusts – have with an inherited IRA. Part One of the series will focus on individual beneficiaries and Part Two will review trusts as beneficiaries. Each webinar offers one CPE Credit for CPAs that register, attend, and answer three polling questions throughout the webinar.

CPAs: When registering for these webinars, please select “CPA” as your profession below if you want to receive a CPE credit for attending.
