Improvements to RapidProtect IUL Make It Easier to Sell
You told us what was getting in the way of selling RapidProtect Indexed Universal Life Insurance and we listened. Based on agent feedback we’ve made changes that streamline the process and make it easier to sell.
RapidProtect is an instant-decision life insurance product with no medical exam requirements, making it a quick, hassle-free application process. It also offers lifetime protection with coverage amounts up to $500,000 and may provide Living Benefits and the potential for cash value accumulation.
Starting Saturday January 24, you can also take advantage of these great new benefits:
- Beneficiary Selection at Application: Clients can now designate a beneficiary when they apply, instead of having it default to their estate. This eliminates the extra step of having to change to a loved one later.
- Flexible Monthly Premium Draft Date: Clients can now choose a monthly premium draft date that works best for their finances. The draft date must be within 30 days of their application date.
- Approved Rate Class Decision: Clients will not only find out immediately if they are covered, but also what rate class they’re approved for – Standard or Express (non-tobacco and tobacco). This applies to other permanent products as well.
- Increased Clarity: Agents will see updated exclusions for RapidProtect in eApp. This will help with the prescreening process — validating that RapidProtect is the right product for your clients will help ensure that more of your applications will be approved.
