She founded the Triple F Foundation to assist firefighters facing job-related injuries and illnesses and launched Triple F Dolls, a line of plush dolls representing female firefighters, to inspire young girls and challenge gender stereotypes. Lt. Guiler’s dedication to her community and her mission to empower the next generation make her a true role model and change-maker in firefighting and beyond.

Winner:  Chief Michel Michel – Hallandale Beach Police Department, Hallandale, FL

Winner:  Robbie Thomas-Williams – Harris County Sheriff’s Office, Houston, TX
