What’s Happening and Important Updates

In our efforts to evolve our servicing capabilities and create a better experience, we are in the process of obtaining feedback.

Effective October 1, we will be implementing an agent survey program. Once implemented, agents will be periodically surveyed.

The survey will be sent via email and will be short and simple.

We hope to hear from you soon as your candid feedback is critical to our focus on continuous improvement.

National Life is now able to provide more options to policy owners looking to remit their premiums electronically from their bank.

The new EFT Form (1707EFT) provides policy owners the option to pay their Initial Premium, Recurring Premium and Recurring Loan Premium to National Life either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

Policy Owners still have the option to choose the amount and date of their electronic payment.

National Life is continually looking for ways to meet the needs of our policy owners and we are excited about being able to offer an expanded selection of payment options.

Things you need to know:

  • Currently these new EFT options are only available after issuance.
  • There will be no changes to commission structure or premium due amounts.
  • Since we are providing more payment options, separate forms should be completed for each individual policy. This helps to ensure more accurate processing.

National Life’s CPA Symposium will be held November 9-11 at The Mirage in Las Vegas, NV.

The Symposium provides an innovative approach to helping you and a CPA Partner to grow your business together and learn about the tools, resources and support available to you through the CPA Advantage Program.

Tuition

Tuition: $700.00 per person*.  This fee includes your registration and seminar materials, hotel accommodations for 3 nights, continental breakfast and lunch on the meeting days.  Attendees are responsible for their own airfare and ground transportation.

Application Procedures

  • Be in good standing with National Life Group.
  • Have submitted business in the past year.
  • Register to attend with a committed CPA partner.
