The Customer Portal is Getting a Security Upgrade

In keeping with National Life Group’s Vision – to bring peace of mind to everyone we touch – the Customer Portal is getting a state-of-the-art security upgrade

The upgrade further enhances consumer data privacy and other consumer protection issues through multi-factor authentication – a vital component in data security.

So, starting October 21, the customer sign-on experience will be a little bit different and lot more secure.

 

As part of this initiative, it is imperative that agents do not register on behalf of customers.

 

Moreover, we are happy to say that this upgrade is in full compliance with New York State Department of Financial Services 23 NYCRR 500 cybersecurity requirements.
