Make Your Business Personalized With CoBrand OnDemand

Did you know that National Life offers almost 100 customizable ads, brochures, flyers, postcards and more through an easy to use tool on the agent portal? On the Agent Portal, find the link under the Tools menu, then National Life Tools > Sales and Marketing. Once approved through the system by Compliance, you can download a print-ready file at no cost, or choose to have Merrill print and deliver your items to you!

After setting up your profile, simply add the item to your cart, then select the Personalize link to add additional information and choose imagery.

Get the most out of CoBrand OnDemand:

• Create your Profile. The first time you enter CoBrand OnDemand, you will be prompted to set-up your profile which will populate templates with the contact information you enter. It is only necessary to do this once.

• Choose between two pathways. Items are considered either “Straight Through” or “For Review.” “Straight Through” orders do not require compliance approval prior to use and can be downloaded after you complete your order. “For Review” templates require compliance approval.

• Speed it up. For faster turn-around times, place separate orders for “Straight Through Templates” and “For Review” Templates. If they are combined, the order will be held until the review has been completed by compliance

  • For example, order business cards and stationery separately from ads and flyers.

• Download for free or pay. Download electronic copies of templates for free. For printing, use a credit card or an accounting unit (if applicable) for payment. Different forms of payment cannot be combined in the same order.
