Hurricane Ian – What You Need to Know for Your Florida Clients

Annuity relief

  • Process Loans up to $50,000: Max loanable amount is 50% of your policy value or $50,000, whichever is less (to determine your maximum loanable amount, see instructions below)
  • Ease of Access: National Life will obtain the Third-Party Administrator’s (“TPA”) approval on your behalf
  • Expedite Loan Processing: Requests will be reviewed and processed within 1 to 3 business days

How to get the loan paperwork to your client

  • Electronically – click the DocuSign link below OR copy and paste the link into an email to be sent to your client, have them follow the prompts and submit.
  • Manually – download the Loan Agreement form (form #4075 under service forms in your agent portal), have client complete and return to National Life via email Disbursements@NationalLife.com or fax to 802-229-7054.

Life Insurance relief

  • Expedite Loan Processing: Requests will be reviewed and processed within 1 to 3 business days
  • Expedite Funding: Funds will be deposited in your bank account via electronic fund transfer (EFT) within 24-48 hours

Initiating access to a loan

  • Online Self-service – have client login to their account online, view the LOAN tab and click “Request Funds”
  • Electronically – click the DocuSign link below OR copy and paste the link into an email to be sent to your client, have them follow the prompts and submit.
  • Manually – download the Loan Agreement form, complete and return to National Life via email Disbursements@NationalLife.com or fax to 802-229-7054.
