How Does National Life Measure the Good We Do?

Check out our Foundation's 2020 Impact Report, available now!

As you may be aware, National Life’s cause is a very simple one, directed at the people who live and work on America’s Main Streets: To Do good in our communities and with the individual families we serve. To see how much good we did through financial and in-kind donations as well as through volunteer time, view the National Life Group Foundation’s 2020 Impact Report. Highlights include:

  • $1.99 million donated to nonprofits and schools
  • $570,038 donated through our Share the Good campaign (we broke this record again in 2021)
  • 171 devices refurbished and donated through IT to nonprofits for telehealth appointments
  • Our Do Good Cupboard was built, installed, and stocked. It’s been a vital source of emergency supplies since April 2020.

In 2021, the Foundation will continue to support key critical areas such as hunger, mental health, domestic violence victim support, homelessness, and economic recovery. We’ve also allocated more towards agent causes to support their good work. Just as we have been since 1848, we’ll do what we can with the resources and connections available to us to do good.

Do Good. Be Good. Make Good.
